Northwestern Youth Football League (NYFL) is a full-contact football program.  The program was started in 2013 to provide youth in the Maple School District an opportunity to play tackle football and build lifelong skills.  The NYFL is available for players in 3rd through 8th grades.  This program is designed to prepare young athletes to be successful at the high school level and beyond.  Our goal is to teach players to be positive student athletes and leaders in the classroom and in the community.

The best thing about football is that it is not just about football!  It is about your child learning hard work, self-discipline, sacrifice, responsibility and accountability.  When these characteristics are adhered to and applied in a team atmosphere, it leads to victories in and out of the game of football.  You will be guaranteed to experience a change in your child like no other ... self-esteem and confidence will exude as they conquer personal weaknesses with a "can do - get it done" positive attitude.  This is better than a trophy ... it is the ultimate reward!!

We are strictly an all-volunteer program that would not be possible if not for our hard working volunteers and the generous financial support received by your community members and businesses.  Thank you on behalf of all our athletes, both past and present.
